Juan Moya

Owner | Principal Designer

Juan's passion for design is rooted in a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship. Growing up in South Texas and around the construction industry, he developed an early understanding of the importance of hard work, integrity, and attention to detail - values that continue to guide his approach to design today. Those experiences shaped the way he views architecture, giving him a deep appreciation for the collaboration, care, and craftsmanship required to transform an idea into a place people call home.

Juan earned his Masters of Architecture from Texas Tech University and since has designed numerous homes, helping families create spaces that are both timeless and deeply personal. Whether refining a floor plan or considering the smallest architectural detail, Juan is committed to creating homes that feel intentional, enduring, and truly one of a kind.

Outside of work, Juan loves spending quality time with his family. He also enjoys a good round of golf and never passes up the chance to see a new movie. No matter how busy life gets, he believes the best moments are often the simplest ones - a philosophy that inspires both his life and his work.

Cylie Velasquez

Co-Owner | Interior Designer

Cylie believes the best part of designing a home isn't the home itself - it's the people she gets to create it with. A West Texas native, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Interior Design with a Minor in Architecture from Texas Tech University. She brings a thoughtful eye for design and a passion for creating homes that feel deeply personal.

For Cylie, great design goes hand in hand with a great experience. She believes the design process should be exciting, inspiring, and filled with moments you'll look back on with a smile. Whether you're selecting finishes, exploring showrooms, or on the construction site, she hopes every meeting leaves you feeling encouraged, confident, and excited for what's next. By the end of the journey, her goal isn't just for you to love your home - it's for you to have loved creating it, too.

When she's away from the studio, you'll likely find Cylie on the golf course, trying a new local coffee shop, or spending quality time with the people she loves most.
